LOOKING TO HIRE HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Candidate must completed B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA + MBA or Must have experience in Software Development Company.
  • Must be available for immediate joining.
  • Freshers MBA candidate can also apply but Must posses B.Tech(CS/IT) in graduation degree.
  • B.Tech (CS / IT) with MBA gets highest priority.
  • Only females candidates preferred.

* NOTE: Hiring on Time is major role & responsibility for the HR Executive.

  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Serve as Leaders of Change.

Qualifications and Skills
MBA in HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 – ₹180,000.00 per year
